When it’s all said and done, the thing you’ll remember most about your Camp Carey experience is what a great time you had. Whether you’re sitting around the campfire getting to know new classmates or coming together through team activities around a common goal, the memories you make during Camp Carey will stay with you throughout your time as a W. P. Carey student.
Your first semester on a college campus can be stressful. Finding your way around, getting used to the classes and schedule, and making new friends. At Camp Carey, you get to know a lot of people — over 100 W. P. Carey School of Business students, plus dozens of student facilitators, faculty, and staff — in a stress-free, fun environment.
Proof positive that there’s no ‘I’ in team, at Camp Carey, you work in small groups and compete against each other in various events, showing off your teamwork and your competitive side.
Outside of the regularly scheduled activities, you’ll have plenty of time to relax and do your own thing. Shoot some hoops, play volleyball or soccer, share stories, chow down on s’mores, and enjoy the sunshine with newfound friends.
